Sept. 2.

A GoFundMe account also has been established for Brett Ellinor, 35, owner and operator of B Line Express trucking company in Shannon, who was injured just north of Bellevue, Iowa, when a pickup truck crossed the center line and hit him head-on.

Beverages will be separate, and a full bar will be available.
